Anyone have any experience with one of these? It seems like there’s all kinds out there - from noname ebay ones to !!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!! and !!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!! .
I love android and hate my stock Mitsubishi non-Rockford Fosgate system.
Known Downsides: Have to use an aftermarket trim piece to fit a double-din screen. Though some people have gotten them to look fairly stock.

You might be better of with an Android Auto system rather than straight Android. I’ve never used either, but I feel like using a head unit that was really designed to be a phone or tablet just won’t work as well in execution. I’ve also heard great things about Android Auto.

That was my initial thought but the decent Android Auto units are still 2-3x the price.

I have an Eonon unit in my Mazda that I like quite a bit.

I remember finding forums discussing these low cost Android units about a year ago when I was researching these things, and I got the impression that they had still quite a few rough edges in both software and hardware.

My friend had one in his last corvette. He used it with the torque app and it was amazing! His was made buy pumpkin too. Great product. I’m looking to put the one that you posted into my ‘14 Silverado as we speak and I will be putting one in the Vette too. You may want to also check out “joying”.

You get what you pay for though. Have you ever tried using a 50 dollar no name android tablet? It’s absolutely awful. Just save up for a decent pioneer or Kenwood android auto unit
